Triumph TR6 Fuse Box Repair
Rebuilding fuse box
tool list
- punch, flat
- center punch
- vise
- small hammer
- dremel & wire brush
- soldering equip - flux, solder, small iron
- disconnect battery - negative wire
- photograph box or mark wires
- remove box - lower screw use 1/4 wrench and screwdriver bit
- Flat punch in vise and center punch
- rivet, flat side down - clip on punch
- set rivet with ctr punch and hammer
- clean with wire brush
- flux
- solder
- spray with contact cleaner
- replace
- reconnect
- test
- New rivets?
